NWOT - Black Button-Front Tulip Hem Skirt

This cute skirt is both classic and unique. It is made of black cotton twill, and has 6 working buttons along the skirt’s curved front (‘tulip-style’) opening. The skirt’s waistband has two front belt loops and three back belt loops. This skirt is new and has never been worn.
