NWOT Black & Blue Shimmer T-Shirt Bodycon Dress, S

Bought this at Nordstrom Rack a few years ago,and cut the tag off and never wore it.  Beautiful royal blue shimmer on black. Although it is a size 1/2, it appears yo gave a lit of strech! I bought it as a possible maternity outfit.
