NWOT Benares Flirty Bicycle Dress

I bought this at a boutique in New Hope, PA. I removed the tag to wear but discovered I was too busty for it at that point. This dress zips at the side, has elastic in the waistband (backside only), and a button front. Bust=18 Waist=16
