Instead of splurging on a new maternity wardrobe, you can use the Belly Belt kit to make your favorite pre-pregnancy clothes fit your growing belly! This versatile kit contains 7 pieces. The 4 elastic belts attach to the button or metal slide part of the fly of your jeans/pants/skirts/shorts to extend/lengthen the waist. The shorter (4.25-inch-long) button belt can be worn 3 different lengths. The shorter (4.75-inch-long) slide belt can be worn at 2 different lengths. The longer 2 belts are about 6.5 inches long. The kit also includes 3 fabric panels that cover the gap (in your waistband/fly area) when you use the Belly Belts. The panels come in navy, black, and white, making it easy to coordinate them with your wardrobe. They're approx. 9 inches long and 5 - 7 inches wide. You can wear the elastic belts alone, or with the fabric panels to keep your skin fully covered. The panels are 95% cotton/5% lycra and machine-washable. The Belly Belt is particularly useful early in pregnancy, when most maternity clothes are too big. But the company also says it will work later on since the elastic of the belts is strong and designed to provide just the right level of resistance and stretch as your belly grows. Postpartum, just unbutton/unclip the extenders to return your pants/skirts/shorts to their original size! This kit is NWOT, never used.
