NWOT Bebe sequins dress Size Small

Beautiful mini dress with a trail of colorful sparkles. The size tag is missing from inside but I am certain this is a size small since that’s what I wore at the time I bought it. It has never been worn. Would look cute at a Taylor Swift concert!
