NWOT? Bebe One Shoulder Patchwork Ruffle Dress

Great condition. No holes, stains or tears. Materials tag was removed but I believe this dress to be made of polyester. I'm not sure if this dress was ever even worn. Skirt is lined in black material. Bodice portion is not lined but has a double layer of material from the ruffle. The patchwork consists of a variety floral prints. Material is light weight. Zips up the side.
