This beautiful summer mid backless, sleeveless dress is wedding and summer event perfect. By Monday International it's 100% rayon, dry clean only and Size 12. I've never worn it as it was too tight in the bust, I'm a 38B. So perfect for 36 or 34 B. It's lightweight and there is elastic on the back. From waist it's 32 inches long with 8 yellow buttons in front. Flowy skirt. Love this dress. There are 2 belt loops in thread, but did not come with a belt. NWOT
