donna3567 @lcushard HI I added some pics. The waist is 16in. there is a zipper on the back. On the front you can adjust how much you want the opening to be by tying the strings. I am able to step into the dress. Because of the zipper there really isn't stretch at the waist. Let me know if there is anything else. I am happy to help.
