These books are a must for every wardrobe! The boots are 21” from bottom of heel to top of the boot. The heel is 2 1/2” and the boots have a 9 zipper; there is a 4” elastic strip which helps adjust the width if needed. The width is 7 3/4” There are pull-up loops at the top.
