Where do these sit, above the hip or true waist? Do they have some elastic/give in them or no? I’m trying to think who sells this brand so I can go try some on, and see what size I am, b/c these are SO CUTE!!

@dianna7510 these are from Target. I would say they sit right at the waist and have some give. They are 100% cotton so that usually stretches a little after you wear them for a bit. :)
