NWOT Bar III pink dress with tie neck and cutouts

Sexy in the front and modest in the back. This dress is FUN! I pulled the tags off with the intention of wearing it and never did. Now it doesn’t fit and needs a new home. It’s such a flattering dress with all of the cut-outs!
