mamanher3bears Is this true to size or run small? The manequin doesnt look big im like a 7 in jrs jean shorts but skirts may run diff depending on designer..im hoping it will run small and will fit me

for_the_baby @mamanher3bears This measures when laid flat at the waist 17.5" and the length is 18.5" I'm not sure if that would be small enough depends on your waist.
