1easylife @maykozco I'm sorry, don't mean to sound dumb - is that 28" across laying flat (I know that's what you said) or the circumference of waist? If it's almost 30", just across without stretching, I'm guessing it's nearly 60" around? Which seems huge.

maykozco Not 60". My numbers above are the full waist measurement (already multiplied by 2 after measuring laid flat). Here are the measured numbers: Laid flat=14.25" and Stretched=19.5" or so. Thanks.
