NWOT BCBGeneration black hi/lo skirt. It is lined and features a beautiful textured fabric that is lightly transparent. It has an elastic waistband to help cinch in the waist. Fits sizes 4-6 (size small). This is very great statement piece and in trend right now! Only selling because its too long for me (I'm 5'2) so it's suited for someone at least 5'4 and up.
