This is a Floral career sheath dress from BCBGeneration. The top is a sheer blue/green button down floral print blouse. The sleeves have tabs to roll up. The skirt portion has a satin belt that defines the top of the black stretch skirt. There is a zipper and buttons on the side for fit. The extra buttons are still attached. Size 10.
