NWOT BB Dakota by Steve Madden Smocked Floral Long Sleeve Top

BB Dakota off the shoulder smocked top. Brand new, never worn but I cut off tags. Size XL, true to size. Very flattering, I have this top in multiple patterns and I love it, however XL is too big for me.
