NWOT Condition w/ flaw. Please see all photos before purchase, this items threading has a white fuzz, can be covered if wearing a belt. Waist: Approximately 13 3/4" Length: Approximately 20 1/4" I have a Khaki version of this skirt in my closet, same size. Group the two together into a bundle to save money. :)
