NWOT Ann Taylor blue crepe trumpet skirt

Never worn! Ann Taylor petite trumpet skirt. This is a textured skirt and it looks like crepe paper. There are eyelet details along the scalloped bottom. Zipper back with a clasp on the inside. This skirt fits around the waist and falls just above the knee on me (I'm 5'4").
