angelab953 @e_bevins apologize for the delay! Bust is 17”, but can fit tighter / looser due to the purple fabric ties that go around. Waist is 14-14.5. Hips - varies - the fabric is flowy & not tight so it fits whether you have smaller hips or bigger hips. I uploaded more photos so you can see the measurements & how the fabric flows / gets wider after the waist. Please let me know if you have any more questions!
