NWOT Amazon black split panel mesh maxi cover up beach skirt

Great condition, my mom got this and has never worn it. Unfortunately it has no tags for size or brand but she purchased it from Amazon. Has an stretch waist band that would fit a small to medium likely. The black panels are a sheer mesh fabric. Super light and easy to wear. Nice length as well.
