NWOT Altar’d State Open Back Mini Dress

This is a gorgeous boho mini dress, I’m fairly positive I’ve never worn. There is some weird stitching in the back, I’ve included a picture. It’s not ripped or torn but maybe the manufacturer mis-stitched it? It’s an easy fix.
