NWOT vintage 70s infant white with primary color all-over star pattern nightgown with an adorable nightcap. It has one small pin hole near the top shoulder that can only be seen upon close inspection. The tag says size medium. Measured to a 6- 12 month Hanna Andersson romper it is the same size.
