NWOT Adorable Polka Dot Blouse

Adorable mustard/gold color polka dot blouse that has never been worn. It was only taken out of the packaging to be tried on. It is very stylish with a round neck and back button enclosure. The balloon sleeves are very flattering and have elastic at the wrist. Made of 95% polyester and 5% spandex. Measurements are: pit to pit - 22”, shoulder to hem - 26.5”, sleeve seam to wrist - 24”. Of course no rips or stains and comes from a smoke free home.
