New without tags!! Bought this dress for a wedding, bought my regular size, sadly I have gained a few pounds during Covid. This was just a little too tight for me to wear to the wedding so the tags already got tossed. BRAND NEW. Beautiful maxi, with a slight, has lining to mid thigh. Puff sleeve, hidden zipper in back.
