NWOT 5T Old Navy Maroon and White Stripe Dress with glitter “thankful” on front

New without tags 5T maroon and white stripe Old Navy girls dress or tunic. Bought from a small shop who put “thankful” on the front in glitter. This does run a size or two big in my opinion but can also be worn as a tunic with leggings.
