Hi. Have these been worn? I noticed it says NWOB but there are scuffs on the bottoms of the heel. Thank you!

@01curlyposh05 hi! I did note in the description that the bottoms have scuffs but I’m not really sure as to why. They came with the foam things and sticker still inside so idk if they were the display ones or something so they have wear on bottom. They are too big for me so I never wore them. Feel free to make an offer
