It runs slightly narrow, so we recommend opting for 1/2 size up if you have a fuller foot. These shoes are padded with a blend of renewable, plant-based foam, and some of the conventional stuff. So still soft and cushiony but from more responsible sources. We also used 80% recycled plastic in our toplifts and heels, and our regenerated leather outsoles are made of 70% leather waste.
