NWOB Pink Sparkly Slip On Shoes

Pink sparkly little girl's shoes. Sort of the look of Toms but encrusted with allover gems/mini sequins. These are NWOB, and never worn, but while photographing I noticed there was a waxy substance on part of the edge and when I scraped it off I took off some of the material. See photos where I point to the issue. NWOB (unsure if this brand in toddlers comes with a box) Stickers still on.
