heartnsole @ddbcat1966 I believe them to be true to size. I wear an 8 in most nikes but I can wear these in a 7.5 - 8. I don't wear socks with them and they feel and fit great!

heartnsole @ddbcat1966 they run true to size. But If you want a tight "sock like" fit and won't be wearing socks you can size 1/2 size down.

ddbcat1966 @jdotdubs I don't like to wear socks and usually a size 7. Unless the bag rubs my heel wrong and leaves blisters, then I hafta wear socks :/ I go for 3 mile walks, so I need super comfy! :)

heartnsole @ddbcat1966 if you had to pick Would you say you're closer to size 6.5-7 Or closer to size 7-7.5 If you're 7-7.5 this size 7 would be good. If you're closer to 6.5-7 ..I would say you need these in 6.5 especially if not wearing socks 😊😊
