NWO plus size high-low black party/ semi-formal dress. 3X, runs small.

Combination of light stretch solid black material and translucent netting adds to the glam factor. Design of bell sleeves hides anything you might wish to cover and bustling is very flattering. Note: I would say NWT because it is brand new, but it didn’t come with tags. Maybe new with bag? This dress runs small so the 3X is more like a 1X.
