NWD Charles Nolan Midi Skirt Black Mesh Over Teal

Absolutely beautiful skirt, very high quality. Sheer mesh layer with velvet polka dots and box pleats over a pretty iridescent teal lining. Hook-and-eye closure at the top of the hidden zipper. The zipper tape has a hole so it cannot be pulled up all the way and will need to be replaced. Wrinkled from storage but can be restored with steam. This skirt runs very small and has NO stretch whatsoever; fits more like a sz 2-4 at best. Waist is 14.5". Total length is ~27".
