@summergrltiu2 We’re all built differently, it’s hard to say, when I bought them I was a 12 in Lululemon, 12-14 in jeans. To compare, once I hit a size 8, I was a M in NVGTN. Now a 6, M fits, but I could probably do a S because I really like the compression. I have alphalete too, the compression on these is much stronger (esp. in the belly). It depends on your preference. I don’t have small hips, thighs, or backside 🤭 & these were great. Super flattering & supportive! Hope that helps! 😊
