NURIELLE , 2 piece Swarovski crystal dress/ SZ small/Medium green

Nurielle 2 piece Vintage handmade dress, made with lace, puffy paint and Swarovski crystals. Purchased in 2009 for $2800.00. The tie strings that hold the top are made from satin. Has clasps to close the top in the back , the skirt is just a pull up. This designer is well known to dress a lot of celebrities. At least back in the day. -CONDITION: very good used condition, keep in mind this dress is 19 years old. Some of the Swarovski crystals have fallen off from wear , One of the satin ties is missing a bead as shown in picture. No tears or holes
