NTW Janie and Jack Tiered Tulle Skirt

Size 7 Janie and Jack tiered tulle skirt. New with tags. First tier of tulle is pink then purple and then teal. Has a pink lining underneath. The waistband is pink satin in the front and then elastic in the back. A few snags on the teal layer of tulle as seen in picture.
