• Size XS • Tags still attached • Waist is approx 12 inches laying flat but can stretch out to approx 15 inches. But I would recommend not going past the 13.5 inch mark for comfort. • In my opinion, they look a bit more flared than what the picture shows. Might just be my skinny thighs tho lol
