NRS Clearwater Type 3 Life Jacket in Blue/Black - Size S/M

Great preowned condition, really nice NRS life vest. Some slight discoloration/dirt on the lower pocket area from normal use, and light dust/dirt on the top back area. No flaws otherwise. Pockets seem large enough for a phone and one side has a key/whistle loop. Color is Blue with Black. Chest measurements for this size is 33-40, weight is rated for over 90lbs.
