NPL city skirt M/L grape wine

15” waist 31” length Grape wine Full disclosure this was hemmed professionally to 31” and the waist has been altered. It started as a M/L and then the owner took it in to an xs and then she made it a M/L for me again when I bought it from her. All work is professionally done and seamless. No flaws or stains. This is in excellent condition! And so beautiful !! I just don’t love the city skirt on me unfortunately.
