NOTICE Halter Tie Floral Dress

Cute dress I bought and wore once. Doesn’t fit me anymore. NOTICE dress size 2. Pleat like bodice with raw trim along the top. Trim detail at the waist, there are belt loops strings but it didn’t come with one. Bubble hem, lined. There is a snag/run at the front of dress near the bottom area. It is not that noticeable. The color is a deep olive green. Center front length to hem 33” across bust 15” waist 13”. Material: 100% polyester but feels like silk. Care: dry clean.
