NOT FOR SALE. I am in search of this blouse or a similar one, in an size xs or small. I ordered it from Target in the spring and it never came, even though they said the order was complete and shipping was in process. It is so pretty, and I would love to find something like it or the exact top! Please share with your friends! Thank you!
