heyitskellyy @jessmomof2mia there’s no hood, and I believe it’s water resistant but not waterproof! I got this from another posher but have to sell it since it’s tighter for me in the chest area :/ if you want, you can make me an offer!!

heyitskellyy @hazelmunro sorry for the late reply! For me it didn’t go as far down, kind of to two inches below my belly button. If you are skinny this should be more loose on you!
