NORDSTROM Yellow Lace Midi Dress

Hey sis, I’m letting this dress go as it has been sitting in my closet for a while. I’ve never worn it except to try it out. Always planned to get it altered but never got to it. It is way too long on me (I’m 5’3”) and as you can see in the model picture… I need to about 4-5 more inches! Please do see the video, there is a little snag in the side zipper but nothing that a little shimmy shimmy and prayer to the gods can’t close. PS this dress feels heavy.
