NON-REFUNDABLE ITEM HOLD

The Mod Market Item Hold Policy At The Mod Market, we are pleased to reserve items for our valued customers. Please review our Item Hold Policy below: Non-Refundable Fee: To reserve an item, a non-refundable hold fee of $3 is required. You will be charged a $3 holding fee along with a shipping cost of $7.97, totaling $10.97. This fee will not be applied toward the purchase price and functions similarly to purchasing a shipping label. Holding Period: Items can be held for a maximum of 3 days. If the purchase is not completed within this period, the item will be returned to our inventory, and the hold fee and shipping cost will not be refunded. We will send out an item, but it may have no value and will not be the reserved item. Payment: Once you decide to purchase the reserved item, we will cancel the reserved fee, and it will be refunded. You will only be charged for the cost of the item and shipping. Non-Refundable: If the reserved item is not purchased by the due date, the item will be made available for sale again, and the hold fee will not be refunded. Communication: To request a hold, please let us know during our live show or leave a message and tag us at @themodmarket in the comment section of the item you wish to have held.
