annabellestiles @mseve45 thank you for your questions. Yes, this jacket is available for purchase. The style is described as “fitted.” I am a size 8 with broad shoulders. I can put a sweatshirt underneath, but I personally find it tight. If you are more petite than I am, a sweatshirt underneath would be comfortable. Hope that helps.
