Wore these once and realized 9.5 was too big for me, severally sized down to size 9. No Bill shoes are awesome for cross-fit, weight training, orange theory or just at the gym. They have a flat surface which allows you to keep your balance through various movements on the weight floor I’m a big fan of No Bull shoes and highly recommend them for anyone looking for a great weight training or cross training shoe
