AS I'M DOING THAT FOR ALL MY STRAYS DON'T SHARE MY CLOSET IF POSHMARK WON'T RESPECT THEIR WORD AND REFUND ME, I WILL CLOSE MY CLOSET AND SELL ON OTHER PLATFORMS IF ANYBODY HAS THE SAME ISSUE, CONTACT ME I'VE BEEN SELLING HERE SINCE 2019 I DIDN'T GET MANY RETURNS BUT THIS TIME THE ITEM WAS DAMAGED AND CAN'T BE SOLD AGAIN I'M WILLING TO MAIL IT TO POSHMARK BUT NO LABEL, NO NEWS, NO REFUND AS I'M ALLOWED TO 16 PICTURES, I WILL PUT 10 THAT I TOOK BEFORE SENDING AND 6 FROM THE RETURN ANY HELP/SUPPORT/ADVICE VERY VERY MUCH APPRECIATED AFTER A WEEK OF FIGHTING I FINALLY GOT REFUNDED. YET SOMETHING HAS CHANGED NOW. THANKS TO ALL THE POSHERS WHO CARED, ANSWERED, SHARED MY CRAPPY POST. HELPED IN ANYWAY THEY COULD. IT MEANS A LOT TO ME AND IF I CAN RETURN, I WILL. THOUGH I HOPE IT WON'T HAPPEN TO NOBODY NO MORE.

I actually just sold a pair of pants that I sent out in good condition but they said there was a hole and other crap. got it back and the pants were fine! but probably was, poshmark didn't listen to me what so ever or care about My pics just automatically let the buyer return! now what if they ruined my pants or pulled a switch!?!? they need to give us sellers

nwto @jodileamomof3 thank you so much for sharing my crappy story and by responding. I filed a complaint and I will try to do more. As of tonight they didn't honor their words and haven't refunded me at all. Poshmark is being investigated and has quite a few complaints. If ever you get a bad return, contact me. That's how you can start a class action. There was one against Google, one against FPL, one against Teco. I can try to give you my email if they let me. But you can find me on other platforms.

redfashionhouse @nwto I am so sorry you are going through this. Clearly the bag was in terrible condition compared to when you sent it! that is such BS! I understand you can't sell that bag now! Did you get your original funds for the sale? just curious. let me know if you open your closet again,I will definitely share your beautiful closet. nwto @redfashionhouse sorry for my late reply and thank you for your concern. They finally refunded me. But now i feel different about the website. The past week was really really hard on me and that fight with them ended up kind of killing the bit of energy i had in me. I'm tired of fighting whether here or for my cats or for other stupid things. I hope you're doing better than me. I hope your daughter is well too.

redfashionhouse @nwto I'm so happy they finally refunded you! I can understand your frustration with the whole situation! Stress seems to carry into everything you do when something is going on. My daughter is doing great!She is actually transferring to a local community College, instead of going to the larger university. So it works out ok. Not as much cost at the community college and now she is back at home. Your cats are adorable by the way. I'm sure they appreciate you fighting for them!

nwto @redfashionhouse at least a good news from here beside the refund. I'm so happy for you as I know you were missing her a lot. As to my cats, always more fighting because a lot of people don't like them. Life in the street is hard for people as well as for them. Our cities are made by us for us, not for them. The other night, a raccoon came rushing and ate 3 piles of food that I had put for the cats. I put more dry but she (i really believe it was a she and maybe pregnant) preferred the dry mixed

nwto with the wet. But I felt bad thinking she was that hungry. In my building they're trying to get rid of them. I disapprove but I already have too many complaints to fight more. At Smith and Wollensky they turn off the water so I can't fill up my bottle of water to pour in the cat bowls. And on and on. You gave me a positive vibe and I gave you back the opposite. Sorry. Enjoy your daughter-))))))))))) I'm really really happy for the both of you. Most of what those cats want is someone that loves

nwto @ct410 thank you. I wish I hadn't had to fight that hard either. Be careful too as you beautiful and expensive items in your closet. At least that bag was not the most expensive that I had but what if it had. Some people have absolutely no respect for others.

nwto @gidget368s i see buyers having bad experiences as well. I got reimbursed but it was one of those other fights i didn't need and this bag is unsellable anymore. Just be careful, take a lot of pictures and videos and get ready to fight. Poshmark was sold and since then, i agree, it's going down.

gidget368s @nwto actually I did buy a Chanel off Poshmark. Then when I sold it on Poshmark they said it was Fake 😆. I told them "I bought from You, Poshmark". That was crazy. I got a refund. They kept the bag. I lost a customer. It was wild. And the original Seller is still selling on Poshmark 🤷‍♀️

nwto @gidget368s that's not fair. I was told that too as regards one of my bags. The buyer/seller is still there too. At least she returned the bag as i sent it (she just kept the gift paper and wrap). I guess you have to be even more careful with that kind of luxury brands. Some people mentioned the bag is a copy but a lot don't.

nwto @gidget368s i like LV too and it seems to be very popular here. Be careful still. There might be a lot of fake to sell here. And it's not easy to know. Some copies are very well done. When I was a kid we traveled sometimes to Africa with my parents and I remember they would buy the fake Lacoste shirts. Sometimes you could tell, sometimes you couldn't.

nwto @gidget368s my dog has arthritis. Maybe some of those poor old outdoor ones too. So with the humidity and the cool weather they might be in pain. Hopefully the weather gets back to normal soon. Apart from that, I don't mind the rain. At least we're lucky to have some.
