The hoop is made of several links and connectors that easily click together. The weighted ball is made of soft rubber. The ball travels around the hoop on rubberized wheels to keep things moving smooth and silent. The display shows your training time, calories burned and revolutions of the ball. The box contains: 16 hoop knots and 18 connecting pieces, a smart counter with a strap and clip, the weighted gravity ball, and an instruction manual. It is hot pink colored with white connector pieces.
