New, did not come with box, custom made Sharp spikes on straps high heel stiletto sandals, size 6 (marked 35) Black pointed toe sandal with sharp spike covered straps. Sculpted strap over toe area, Spike covered T strap up front of foot, spike covered ankle strap that has two snaps to secure it around ankle. 4.5 inch heels. I can get other sizes. VERY unique (that is why I got them) But BEWARE The spike decorations on the straps are VERY sharp.
