*NLA* Skirt..Evan Picone quality tortoise shell

No tag, but pretty sure it's an Evan Picone label. Fits well, smart with black or brown pumps. Very professional and great for work. It's a 14 petite, but I'm a 12 reg and it fits well. Kick pleat in back. The eye, at the hook and eye, at zipper needs a stitch back in place. Gently worn and may show zero to minimal signs of wear. Measurements: waist: 16", hips: 22", length: 23.5"
