This is a brand new with tags Kelly & Katie infinity scarf. It has fringes along the bottom. The colors on the scarf are light blue, dark blue and white. This is perfect to wear in the spring as well. I usually wear these on breezy days with a tee shirt. Price on tag says compare $24, but it was $14.99
