NIP Blue Fit & Flare Maxi Dress XXL

This is a very beautiful dress which I purchased during one of my trips to the Indian Ocean. It has a very nice paisley and abstract print and is a maxi dress with a full flare skater type skirt There is no size tag but the armpit to armpit measurement is 23” I am 5ft7” and the dress reaches my ankle. I put on weight and so it does not fit - Never worn and it has been sitting in my closet From a smoke free and pet free home
